Service Description

With the space to practice and a strongWiFi connection, you can learn contact staff with me from your own location. We work on achieving your goals with contact staff, effective practice drills, & explorations in movement at your personal pace. Each lesson lasts one hour, and class bundles are available. Please email aileenlawlor@gmail.com to book your lesson.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation, please contact me up to 10 hours before the lesson to avoid being charged, if you do not wish to reschedule.
